Hilton Garden Inn Chicago McCormick Place

Amazing views, great location and beds were on point. This is what luxury is like. Having stayed here multiple times, each stay has been a pleasure. The desk associates who check us in, have always been the most polite and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to offer suggestions and tips for your visit. It isn't a rushed interaction, they seem to truly focus on your satisfaction. The rooms are amazing and the views are spectacular. When I'm in town for work, I don't want to stay anywhere else.

Great location, great price, great FRONT DESK. Hoooowever, the rooms don’t go higher than 76 degrees.. I’m from California. It’s still way too cold for me Additionally I asked for towels 3 times before I finally got some and they didn’t even take out the old towels and just threw the new ones in. Also only 2 out of 3 of the hotels (at the same hotel) offer breakfast.. make sure you know before booking.

Stayed for 4 nights, no issues at all. Room was clean and the view is really nice. As other people have mentioned, parking is dumb. The area can be a little sketchy and since I had a scary experience driving in, I elected to park in the closest lot. It was 140 bucks for the whole time so not amazing but not bad at all considering. Close to the L, easy to order ride share if needed. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I would stay again for sure.

Hilton Garden Inn McCormick Place was amazing. Only slightly more expensive to request to be on the highest residential story, which we did, and it was beautiful. Certainly not as tall as the Willis Tower by any means, but what are you to bargain for? It had comfortable beds, a desk with a chair that was very comfortable, and panel windows on three sides. We even were placed on a corner which we would've had to pay extra for. We didn't pay, and got the spectacular views anyway. The city lights are very visible downtown at night, which provide a scenic overlook for the adventurous or a break from the bustle for the quaint. Valet parking isn't a horrible price for a tourist from a quieter area, and gives you a safe place to park your car for nights on end. Very large hotel rooms as well, with a full bathroom and tub and spacious shower. There was a microwave and mini-fridge. The hotel attendants were nice and knew a lot about the Windy City. Would definitely recommend, and I would come back myself.
